1. When will the package be shipped after order confirmation?
A: It is normally shipped within 24 hours, if the order is processed during the weekend it will be shipped on the next business day.
If we do not have the part in stock, it will take an extra 1~2 days to order from the Hyosung factory.
2. ARE THE PARTS BRAND NEW?
A: Parts are made new from the factory and is genuine Hyosung Parts.
3. How do I check the ETA and delivery status?
A: Tracking information will be followed with a link and tracking number and your order is shipped, you'll be able to see the current status from there. If you need anything else please contact us.
4. What if I still have not received my package?
A: If you have not received your package within the promised delivery time, customs may have intercepted your package. You will need to contact your local post office with your tracking number and inquire about package status. Please remember that if your package remains in customs unclaimed for a period, it will be returned.
5. My package has missing items
A: If anything is missing from your shipment, please contact us immediately. We will then send a replacement part or issue a refund.
6. What if my ordered item is different from what I've received.
A: If you have received the wrong part, please contact us as fast as you can. Please take a photo of the wrong part and send it to our customer service team. We will replace you with a new part or issue a refund.
7. How can I calculate my shipping cost from your website?
A: Please put your item into the shopping cart and press the ‘check out’ button, then you will find out your shipping cost. The shipping will depend on the weight of the product itself.
